Qualification: BE / BTECH / MCA / Any Degree ( Arts and Science Graduates) - B.A, B.COM, B.SC or Diploma (10+2+3 pattern)
Work Locations TCS BPO, Mount Road
Work timings: Day shift
- Candidate from a Service desk/Helpdesk background
- L1 support
- Good communication skills
- Ability to speak in Hindi
- Experience in ticketing.
- Min of 9 months to 2 years exp in Service desk
- Open to working in 24/7 shifts.
- Maximum CTC of 3.5 LPA
