- Ensuring cost control & maintenance of cash flow requirements,
- Analysing , Troubleshooting,
- Proper handing over of the system with all Technical submittals
- Contract negotiations, Risk management, Value Engineering, Manpower allocation,
- Team Management, Vendor management, Client Relationship, Quality & Safety Audits.
- Technical Support, Training Support, Review Meetings, etc
- Handling PAN India projects
