Qualification: BE / BTECH / MCA - Engineering degree/ Masters in Computer Science 

Experience: 4 to 7 years experience as BA providing  automation solutions through Java/C#/ .Net/VB Platform

Skills required:
1. Understand business requirement & providing better solutions
2. Good understanding of Banking applications and its structure
3. Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
4. Stakeholder engagement during the project phase

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand  the requirement of automation 
2.Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team and finalize solution
3. Translate to FSD, RTM and TDD as applicable
4. Assess the size of the development, plan and monitor the progress
5. Stakeholder Management with respect to requirement gathering.
