Job Summary Job Function : Telemarketing Executive / Telecing Experience : 3 - 5 years Qualification : Graduate Salary : Rs.1.25 - 1.68 lacs p.a. Job Description:  Junior Executives :

• Making outbound calls
• Taking inbound calls
• Building relationship with prospects
• Understanding the project and its advantages
• Learning the competition in the market and using it to their advantage with the help of their Sr.Executive
• Achieving Targets (No.Of site visits and conversion ratio)
• Providing feedback of majority customers

Senior Executives:

• Handling Escalation calls, Mobile incoming and landline calls, if any.
• Making calls to achieve Team Target (Total site visists)
• Attending office walk-ins
• Web chat
