8. Fresher or Experienced?
9. If experienced - is he working now and trying further? or resigned and searching job?
10. For experienced - Current Deignation, Current Company, Current Salary, Current Location, Current Industry
11. Expected Salary, Expected Deignation, Expected Companies, Expected Location, Expected Industries
12. Job Joining Criteria - for Freshers - Written Test, Groud Dicussion, Interview etc
13. For Experienced - mostly only interviews
14. Finally the selecting company will offer - Designation and Salary Package
15. The Job Seeker should accept the offer and join the company
