Job : Asst Sales Manager
Qualification : MBA-must have experience in administration,managament and sales.
Salary : 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
Incentives Based on Target Achievement uptoRs. 10-15 lakhs per annum
Experience : 0 to 1yr.
Excellent sales person
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good communicator , Good power point presentation, skills, word, excel, phone skills.
· Strong Presentation skills , Persuasiveness Know-how to demonstrate, promote and sell
· Goal-oriented , Strong networking skills
· Negotiating skills , Good Judgment , Decision making Skills
· Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.
· Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
· Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
